- About the artist
- HELEN JANE LONG is a composer who has achieved an enviable list of music credits. From being part of one of the worlds largest film successes 'The Lord of the Rings Trilogy', her music can be heard everywhere. Helen Jane Long was first voted into UK’s Classical FM Hall of Fame in 2011 for her album, Embers. Her music is used in commercials for Volkswagen and British Airways as well as on numerous film and television shows. But probably the most significant sign of her success is that there are hundreds of musicians and fans covering her music on YouTube. “Expression” from the “Porcelain” album seems to be a particular favourite and has gone on to be used on Fox TVs hugely successful series, (made by the creators of American Idol) ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.

Jennifer I am searching too for the violin/cello part for the song Expressions and it just isn't out there. If you can't play by ear I guess we are out of luck. Love her music but it is not just for piano and that is all I can find.
Oh darn. Yeah, it would be quite difficult for me to try and play those songs by ear. Maybe one day the violin parts will be available...
Is the cello and piano sheet music for Expressions now available?
